Hyper Island: Strengthening leaders' ability to drive business and cultural transformation

Since 2008, I have been part of Hyper Island’s global network of experts and have led teams in business transformation and leadership development projects for a diverse portfolio of more than 100 international clients. These clients include organizations such as Unilever, Adidas, Google, General Mills, General Electric, Target, KIA, Swedbank, and DDB.

Throughout the 2010s in particular, I helped design and facilitate programs focused on digital business transformation that equipped both organizations and individuals to navigate industries characterized by rapid change and digital disruption.

Hyper Island’s approach is based on a learner-centered and experience-based methodology. Participants don’t just work with theory; they build practical skills that can be applied directly in their own daily lives. The methodology combines intensive, hands-on workshops, presentations by experts, and reflection exercises with a clear focus on action.

  • Skills: The ability to quickly launch new initiatives and to evaluate and adjust strategies in the context of organizational change.

  • Competency: Proficiency in using tools for collaborative idea generation and innovation, as well as the ability to plan, initiate, and drive change over time as a leader.
