From idea to action: Strengthening creative capacity in the Danish Society for Nature Conservation
The Danish Society for Nature Conservation, Denmark's leading nature conservation organization, wanted to strengthen its ability to engage the public in important environmental issues. Together, we created a program focused on creative collaboration and finding new ways to make complex technical and political issues more accessible to the Danish public.
Danish Broadcasting Corporation: Creativity and innovation in a changing media landscape
Through workshops and learning courses, we worked to explore the new strategy and what it meant in practice for the department. Together, we developed a mindset that took change seriously and created room for experimentation—as a starting point for a more creative and adaptable work environment.

TV2: Facilitated innovation across the organization
Helped TV2 by designing and facilitating a creative process across the organization, which brought the entire creative capacity into play and resulted in new concepts for covering the upcoming parliamentary elections. The process also became a model for how to work with creative and innovative concepts across the organization.
Hyper Island: Strengthening leaders' ability to drive business and cultural transformation

Copenhagen Legacy Lab: From events to engaging communities
Copenhagen Legacy Lab is an initiative developed for Copenhagen Convention Bureau with a focus on rethinking conferences and events as platforms for long-term value creation. Through a structured process of stakeholder involvement and co-creation, a set of tools was developed that enables organizers to work systematically with legacy and sustainable impact.

I worked with Vestforbrænding to strengthen an agile culture within the organization, where teams were given better conditions for collaboration and for responding appropriately to changing demands.

Through workshops and shared workspaces, we worked to strengthen common language, collaboration, and confidence in experimenting together—delivered in Scandinavia, the UK, and Germany.
Unilever: Facilitation training for global design teams
We worked with Unilever's global design team to create greater value in their cross-functional coordination and alignment sessions and strengthen the team's ability to facilitate and deliver with greater confidence. Over the course of three days, the management team was equipped with tools and processes that they could put directly into use in the business.
Surprisingly Good - Lab for Social Innovation
As co-founders of Social Lab—a non-profit organization that combined stakeholder engagement, design thinking, and experience design—we worked with social innovation in the areas of green energy, youth homelessness, and bicycle culture. The work was carried out in collaboration with a number of key partners and sponsors.
MAD: Facilitation and learning design for MAD Academy's pilot program
In 2019, I contributed as a facilitator and learning designer to MAD Academy's pilot program—an international learning program for professionals in the hospitality industry, founded by René Redzepi, among others. The program combined strong voices, concrete tools, and shared reflection with a focus on clear leadership, judgment, and long-term, positive change.
Stendahls: Co-creation of a shared vision
In connection with its 60th anniversary in 2014, Swedish communications agency Stendahls wanted to prepare the organization for the future and rethink its purpose. Through a two-day facilitated process, all 100+ employees participated in the work of creating a shared vision based on the agency's identity, values, and ambitions.
