When people and organizations need to deliver results in a changing reality

Change, complexity, and uncertainty are no longer things waiting ahead.

It has become everyday life in most organizations.

This challenges leadership, collaboration, and the ability to create a shared direction.

I work with leadership development and collaboration in contexts where the world is changing and familiar answers no longer suffice.

What I help with

I help leaders and organizations find clarity when direction and frameworks are in flux. It’s about creating shared meaning—even when the answers aren’t clear—and supporting people in navigating change and complexity.

How I work

I create learning spaces where leaders and teams can explore their practices, what binds them together, and where they are headed. The work is closely tied to everyday life and is based on reflection, dialogue, and joint exploration—not ready-made answers.

What I believe

Organizations are not machines in need of optimization, but human systems full of potential that must be able to collaborate and create change in a complex reality.

A joint working day

Sometimes you don't need another model—you need a space where you can properly work on the challenge you're actually facing.

You bring a business, organizational, or cultural challenge.

I facilitate a day where managers and/or teams work with it together.

"We had a really good course, and we developed both as a group and as individuals. Thomas showed us in very concrete ways that the secret to developing good ideas is not so secret after all. Today, I know how to inspire creativity. It's not always easy to live up to, but it's reassuring to have a new set of tools. I use them today, no matter where I am."

— Kristoffer Pinholt, Editor-in-Chief, TV2

"A truly excellent course, from which I believe both new and experienced facilitators can learn a great deal. An appropriate pace and a fine balance between emotional and functional perspectives – delivered with great style and professionalism, which in itself demonstrated the concepts being worked on.

I particularly appreciated the way the content was delivered and the flexibility in adapting it to our needs. It was in itself a good example of practicing what you preach—which is crucially important to me."

— Ian Brown, Design Manager, Unilever
