When people and organizations need to perform in a changing reality
My name is Thomas.
I work with leaders and teams when they're facing change – and when there's a need to create shared direction and strengthen collaboration.
I don't implement strategies or promise transformation.
Instead, I create spaces and processes where direction can be clarified—and action possible.
I facilitate processes, coach leaders, and design learning spaces based on your reality—not on ready-made models.
My approach is practical and reflective, focusing on bringing out the knowledge, tensions, and perspectives that already exist in the room.
Examples of work
I'm often invited when something is in flux. When direction needs to be clarified. When collaboration needs to be strengthened. Or when organizations want to work in a more future-oriented and experimental way.
The work always starts where you actually are.
What I help with
The collaboration takes various forms - from workshops and leadership courses to longer development processes.
The work is designed along the way—based on your situation, not on a fixed program structure.
How I work
We start in reality – not in models or theory: The work always takes its starting point in your context, relationships, and challenges.
The knowledge is already there: my role is to bring it out—not to provide the answers from outside.
Conversations create movement: It's often the quality of the conversations that determines what becomes possible.
Direction is created together: Shared ownership is more important than ready-made solutions.
Change requires courage and security: these two things must be developed side by side.
Principles of my work
Leadership in motion - a learning process
When change is a fundamental condition, leaders need more than models. Here, we work with practice, reflection, and shared learning over time.
What others say
“The process Thomas initiated in our organization has been crucial in creating coherence between strategy and culture across the organization. It helped both teams and leaders translate new strategic priorities into everyday action—and deliver the business results we need to remain competitive in a demanding and volatile market.”
— Laila Gyldenhøj Jakobsen, Global Head of HR, SVP, Wealth Management, Danske Bank
"We had a really good course, and we developed both as a group and as individuals. Thomas showed us in very concrete ways that the secret to developing good ideas is not so secret after all. Today, I know how to inspire creativity. It's not always easy to live up to, but it's reassuring to have a new set of tools. I use them today, no matter where I am."
— Kristoffer Pinholt, Editor-in-Chief, TV2
"A truly excellent course, from which I believe both new and experienced facilitators can learn a great deal. An appropriate pace and a fine balance between emotional and functional perspectives – delivered with great style and professionalism, which in itself demonstrated the concepts being worked on.
I particularly appreciated the way the content was delivered and the flexibility in adapting it to our needs. It was in itself a good example of practicing what you preach—which is crucially important to me."
