My name is Thomas Reibke, and I work with leadership, learning, and change in organizations where the world around them is in flux.
For many years, I have worked with leaders and teams in situations characterized by change, uncertainty, and high expectations. My focus has remained the same: to help leaders be clearer and more human in their role—especially when the answers are not given in advance.
I believe that leadership is not developed through ready-made answers, but through reflection, dialogue, and shared learning. That is why I work to create spaces where leaders can think aloud, examine their practices, and find new ways to create direction, meaning, and engagement.
I am a trained Kaospilot, have a master's degree in management studies, and have worked closely with organizations such as Hyper Island for a number of years—environments that work to educate leaders with a high readiness for change and the ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty. This has given me solid experience with learning, creativity, and change across industries and contexts.
When I work with leaders, my goal is not to give them more models, but to strengthen their creativity, curiosity, and ability to lead people in motion.
