Leadership in motion – a learning process

When everything is constantly changing, leaders need more than just new models.

They need space to pause, learn together, and strengthen their ability to navigate.

This is a learning process in which managers work with their own practices—not other people's theories.

We gather over time, take concrete dilemmas from everyday life as our starting point, and develop a common language and approach to leadership in complexity.

For whom?

Management teams, middle managers, and project managers.

Anyone who manages in organizations where change is not a project — but a fundamental condition.

What do we do?

  • Reflection: On your own leadership and the dilemmas you face

  • Dialogue: Conversations about difficult topics — without a list of answers

  • Tools & techniques: To navigate complexity, create direction, and engage others

  • Shared learning: You learn from each other — not just from me

  • Testing in practice: Between sessions, you test new approaches in your everyday life.

How does it work in practice?

It depends on your situation.

Typically 3–5 sessions over 2–4 months.

In person or online.

Always close to your reality.

After completing the course, you will have:

  • A common language for managing complexity

  • Concrete measures for your everyday life

  • Strengthened psychological security in the management team

  • A clearer direction in an unclear reality

Is this something for you?

If you are in a place where change is happening and where leadership requires more than just answers, let's have an initial chat and see if the process makes sense for you.

What others say

The group developed to encompass creative courage, optimism, and a clear desire to break with a long period characterized by a lack of direction and inspiration.

Along the way, it was remarkable how Thomas managed to adapt his communication and tone to the specific group. His attention to the balance between challenging the group and at the same time creating space for conversations about spontaneous topics created great respect for his way of facilitating – with a clear focus on getting the best out of the process.

"We collaborated with Thomas to design and facilitate HIT Accelerator boot camps because he has strong knowledge of innovation and lean startup processes, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a clear ability to 'read the room'. We have always felt in safe hands with Thomas as the host of the courses and have greatly appreciated his professionalism and ease of collaboration."

"The process we initiated together with Thomas Reibke has been very valuable in strengthening our leaders and making them clear role models and cultural ambassadors. The leaders have been given concrete tools and a better understanding of how they can maintain our culture and values—which is crucial for us as we grow and develop as quickly as we do."
